Great mall..plenty of shops and bookends with Macy's and Dillard's and JC Penny. Lots of sales and a good food court. Nice place to walk around. Fun retro arcade as well. Love Malls and I love this one!

JC Penny's had a fashion at Ceilo Vista Mall on 5/2/2026 hosted by Laura's Production. The Entertainment and the show was awesome.

Cielo Vista Mall is still one of the easiest places in El Paso to get things done in one trip. Good mix of shops, plenty of food options, and it is easy to walk around without feeling crowded. I stopped by for a custom shirt and had time to browse a few stores while I waited. Clean, safe, and convenient.
